Users can now render and edit Labelmaps within non-volume data and visualize them as surfaces in the 3D viewport. By removing the need for viewport conversion before segmentation, OHIF 3.9 enables quicker segmentation creation and hydration, enhancing workflow efficiency and overall performance.

Introducing the New Slide Microscopy Viewport with Cornerstone Tools

Explore our new whole-slide imaging (WSI) viewport, now integrated directly with Cornerstone3D. Previously reliant on an external viewport, OHIF’s WSI capabilities now utilize the embedded DICOM Microscopy Viewer library, thanks to contributions from the Imaging Data Commons team. This integration allows for seamless side-by-side viewing of microscopy and other imaging types within Cornerstone3D, offering a unified analysis environment.
